Date 6/25/18 Transaction 73884 Employee Rylie Just received a hair cut and was very disappointed on the service and professionalism of the stylist. She asked if I like a hair cut and to use the shears. I said no, I would like to use the scissors. She got defenseless and told me that I was using the wrong termology . And that these are clippers. Right then and now I should have requested a new person. She went ahead and cut the hair and we where done with in roughly 5/8 minutes. Left and my short color was still rolled up. My side burns where not the right length and did not ask if I trim off the long hair on my for head. So when I got home I fixed the areas she did not do right plus didn't even asked if my eyebrows need a trim. Usually the other people when there are don't forget to come back in a couple of weeks to get a free trim. I am requesting that I get a refund on this service due to not making me feel welcome, the service and not compiling by Sports Clips standards. I left one location and came to this location for the great service. Boy, I now consider this strike 2 against the organization. Very disappointed

I will never go to any Sports Clips again. I have been passed over on 2 separate occasions one at the 72nd and Giles location and now tonight at the 84th and 370 location. I had a favorite beautician that I would try to have give me a haircut or beard trim. We have a common interest with movies so the time goes by quickly while she is cutting my hair. I signed in tonight for the stylist that I wanted at about 6:30 looking for a trim. There were two customers ahead of me on the board. She was just finishing a customer when I got there . Other stylists were busy with customers as well. After she finished, she came out and called another customer. I was okay with this since she was the first available stylist and the other customers were ahead of me. Then I was the final customer on the board., She was finished with the customer and somewhere in the cutting floor was another customer that I hadn't seen. And he wasn't on the board. She called to him asking him if he wanted his hair cut. There were stylists available that could have cut his hair;. I have no idea what happened, but the very least she could have done is to come talk to me. I left after that. I wish I could give one star.
